The Artisans Academy

Forty-five minutes a month to work on the business.

Every month I run one working session for founders and leadership teams. Twenty minutes of framework, fifteen minutes where you apply it to your own business, and questions to close. You finish the tool during the session – not later, not when things quieten down.

Has your business outgrown the way it operates?

Revenue is up, the team is bigger, and everything feels harder than it did two years ago. It’s rarely a growth problem. It’s that the way the business runs hasn’t caught up with the size the business has become.

You’ll leave with
A completed operational health check, scored across six domains, and one clear priority to act on.

Stop being the decision-making bottleneck

You’ve hired good people, and every decision still comes back to you. The constraint on the business isn’t the market or the team — it’s your calendar. Bring your leadership team if you can; it lands differently when they help build the map.

You’ll leave with
A decision and delegation map with a named owner against each type of decision, and the language to hand one over so it stays handed over.

What to expect if you come along

It’s a working session

Not a webinar. Bring a notepad and fifteen uninterrupted minutes in the middle. You’ll be doing the work, not watching someone describe it.

You keep the tool

Each session produces a one-page framework, completed for your own business. Ten sessions, ten tools you can use again.

Can’t make it live?

Register anyway. The recording and the template go out to everyone the following day, whether you made it or not.

Who these sessions are for

Founders, managing directors and leadership teams of established businesses — usually somewhere between ten and fifty people. Past the startup stage, growing steadily, and starting to feel the strain of systems that were built for a smaller version of the business.

You’ll get the most from these if:

You’re still the person everything runs through

Your team is busy, but you can’t clearly see what’s actually being delivered

Things fall through the cracks and nobody’s quite sure whose job it was

You’ve hired someone to fix a problem and it didn’t fix it

Decisions queue up behind you, and work stalls when you’re away

You know something needs to change — you’re just not sure what to change first

You don’t need a big team or a big budget. You need forty-five minutes and a willingness to work on the business instead of in it.
