How much of my time does this take?
About 100 minutes in total — a 10-minute assessment beforehand, the 60-minute session, and a 30-minute review call.
What if I don’t want to work with you afterwards?
Completely fine. The report is yours either way, and the quick wins are written so your team can action them without us.
When do I get the report?
Within 5 business days of the session. We book your review call before you leave the first one, so nothing goes quiet.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in the session and everything in your report stays between us.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just the assessment. No reports to pull together, no documents to find. Come as you are — the point is to see the business as it actually runs.
