We’ve made it. It is time to put down those pens. Close that ClickUp and start to enjoy a well deserved break. Well hello, and welcome back to Take Control with Nicole, this is our final episode for 2022. Can you believe it? My goodness, not only is it the end of 2022, we are about to hit two years with the podcast. So thank you so much for all you fabulous humans over the other side of this podcast room, wherever you are in the world and in whatever location you are. Maybe you’re already on holidays and sitting by the pool somewhere tropical sipping those beautiful pina coladas or whatever you are drinking right now. Beautiful mocktail. Ah, what a year. What a beautiful year. There has been some fabulous things to celebrate this year, my team has evolved, has beautifully increased over this year, I have the wonderful, Nicole, yes, not just me, other Nicole here as well, who’s supporting me to really help with the implementation and the build elements of my client work. We’ve got the gorgeous team at Audacious Empires and my day to day contact Chloe, Chief of Operations, Captain of Operations, who has been beautifully navigating this artisan ship this year. And of course, the fabulous Cass, who has been here, editing all of these things that you have in your ears every week. So a big shout out to all my team here at The Artisans and my beautiful humans as well, this year feels like it’s just been a bit of a whirlwind. To be fair, after the previous two years, a time where we’ve allowed and been allowed to leave the four walls of our homes and navigating what that looks like the right balance between enough what is enough? That’s a question that keeps coming up this year, what is enough, and being okay with doing the things your way. And embracing that this looks different for each and every one of us.

So yeah, this is not going to be a long one. This is just gonna be one of celebration today. And having that opportunity to again, just thank you so much for being in my world this year and tuning in each week. Remember, this is your world, your business, you have the absolute authority and control well those words feel a bit heavy our freedom lets you use freedom love it, freedom to make the choices and guide your humans that are around you to operate, communicate work with you in the way that is perfectly designed for you.
