About the Role:

This role works collaboratively and alongside our Virtual COO and Operations Expert Nicole S, and our fabulous Systems Success Human Nicole C (Yes we keep things simple and easy around here) throughout the build stage, transforming their new strategic business operational designs into living breathing systems for our clients.

Our immediate need is a human who loves to create and document operational processes and workflows.

As part of The Artisans team, you will be provided with training and information as we dance through areas that are new to you. It is our role to support our team to succeed and we know that supporting your learning and development is a key part of our journey.

This role is project-based with the opportunity to evolve to support the continued growth of The Artisans.

Projects and deadlines are planned out in advance with plenty of notice and communicated via ClickUp.

About You

This role is for a methodical worker who is ready to be empowered to support our clients to take their operational journey to the next level.

You’ll have knowledge of how operational procedures can enhance business operations and experience across systems utilised to implement these ways of working into a business.

Creating spectacular procedure documentation is your jam and in this role, you will be the go-to human as the expert in this space.

As a human you are curious, knowing that there is a way and with some investigation or pressing the buttons soon it will be clear the way forward.

You already have experience in systems, such as our beloved ClickUp, however more importantly you are excited to expand your skills across a range of tech platform.

Noticing the small micro parts is in your nature,  attention to detail is your standard operation mode and taking action to bring these into order make you jump of joy.

Working Async is how you thrive, knowing that your team is there on the other side of a ClickUp or WhatsApp chat and ready to jump into a zoom to connect.

Experience working with Zapier and Integromat is a bonus but not essential.

  • Documenting Operations Processes
  • Building out ClickUp workspaces according to design instructions
  • Bring innovative thinking and new ideas to the system-build process
  • Setting up and testing automations
  • Supporting The Artisans team to deliver a fabulous client experience
  • Implementing systems in a simple and effective way for our clients
