Hello, hello, and welcome back to another episode of Take Control with Nicole. Today, it is just me here on the other side of this episode. And I just wanted to share with you some things that have been going on over in the world of The Artisans and some discoveries and explorations that I’ve been taking personally and for the business that it’s really exciting. Really, really exciting. So where can we start?

Okay, so let’s just take you back a few weeks, I was having a moment over here where it was just feeling a little bit hard. Now, as you know, my business and the way and the whys that I have created my business is to create ease and enjoyment and freedom in the way that I was operating. And so when I got to that moment, it was feeling a bit clunky, a bit hard. I gave myself that opportunity to take a step back, have a looking at all the things that were going on. Why was I feeling like this? What was the real moment of okay, yeah, all right, this is not working or this, we just need to make a little bit of an adjustment, and actually going ahead and doing it.

Now, if you know me in person, if you’ve worked with me before, if you’re in my community, when I’ve made a decision. And I’ve gone and checked in my gut feel which if you’ve listened to a few episodes ago about human design, I discovered that I, which I’ve always known, I really make decisions from from the gut just make that feeling and it feels right. So when I do arrive at that point, and I know that it’s right, I take action. So a couple of weeks ago, when all of this came to light, and I was really focusing in on giving myself that space to review, I realised something, I am all about creating the space to provide support to fabulous business owners to not only identify and design what it is to have a beautifully designed an experience for your business operations, but to actually implement it into their businesses. So the Step by Step package, which was my sort of entry level, one to one offering in the business, it was really focused on providing 4 one hour sessions together where we would design and we would live build, they’ll put implementation consultation, so making those changes. However, the other part of this puzzle was that it was really on the onus of our clients to take away those action items that we’ve discussed, and create the time and invest that energy to actually implement those into the business. Because every fortnight we came back to the next session, we needed to continue on with that build and creation work. Many of my clients did that fabulously so the experience was beautiful. I felt like from my side that I was giving the support that they needed, they knew that they could contact me as we went through that journey. And they were really happy with the outcomes that they had achieved in our short time together.

Then on the flip side, people are busy, we’re busy business owners, totally understand that. But what I was finding is the experience was completely different. I felt I was under delivering I felt that there was more I needed to do even though it was well within the scope of what the agreed exchange was for that particular package. And I didn’t like that, that feeling of ohh I needed to give more, I needed to do more because coming from people pleaser background, wanting to make sure everybody got more and more and I’ve been working a lot on making sure that I’m not over giving all the time. So I realised we needed to shift things up here. We needed to shake it up, give it a bit of fun, get the jazz hands working. And so I redesigned it.

Hello there I’m just interrupting this episode as I would love to invite you to come on in and join us inside the members lounge. And it wasn’t a massive redesign, it was actually combining two things that were already existing, to be able to create a really beautiful experience that gave them the support for the duration of time really needed when you’re building your own systems to make those changes. And I’m just really excited. Because what I did is once I made that change, and I’ll tell you what that looks like in a minute. But when I made that change, and I went to one of my existing Step by Step clients, and I invited her to join us in the new way of working, it was greeted with such relief, such excitement, such just oh I’m just so grateful that we continue to work together for a longer duration of time.

So, what does this look like? Step by Step 2.0. You still get four hours of my time. But the fabulous thing is that those four hours can now be split across six months. And within that timeframe, you can really pop in and have those sessions at the exact moment you need them. So as you’re developing and designing out your systems and procedures and your business operations, you’ve got my brain ready and raring to go to jump on in. The other thing you’ve got is the continuous remote support in between. So we’ve got WhatsApp so you can pop on in their come and say hello, send me a link you’ve been working on just give you a little bit of feedback to just continue on the journey that you’re taking. But the changer, the big blowing my mind moment, which just makes so much sense is that you get six months access and you’re invited to join our members lounge community.

Now you’ve heard me talk about the members lounge before and you’ve actually in the last episode experienced what that can be like from one of our sessions inside. Not only do we touch on all of those business systems that are really integral to your operating your business this month, for instance, we focused on marketing and we had the fabulous Serena Lowe come in and host a guest masterclass for us called Making Marketing Easy. And just from that one hour, I even, I’ve taken so much away, so much ready to go explore, shape it how it’s perfect for my business and implement. You know, we’re about implementation, right. So we also have such a fabulous community in there. Every time I’m in our community, on the calls in the really active Facebook group. It just makes me smile, seeing how every individual is interacting with each other, and actually genuinely caring about their success and their journey that they’re on.

So, in a nutshell, Step by Step now gives you that long term support starting at six months. And of course, you’re invited to stay on and join us in the lounge as long as it’s right for you and your business at that stage. But that longevity of support, actual change takes time. Understanding the new way of operating, transforming it into just the normal from what it used to be. It takes time and being able to have that support now for my fabulous clients, I am just so so so excited about it.

That’s what’s been happening over this side, it has been a journey and it does take some energy when you’re moving through these transitions. But how fabulous each time you approach one of these points in your business, that transitional moment that you gain that next bit of evidence to know it’s a thing, you’ve been there, you’ve done that, you’ve experienced it before, and how exciting when all of a sudden, you take that action, and it transforms from an imagination. A vision of what it can be to a practical thing that’s ready to rock and roll and you share with the community.
