Phase One: Discover

The Artisans are known for asking all the questions, exploring all the places and discovering the real business operations you are imagining. We look at your business holistically, collecting all the pieces ready to support your business goals.

Each will be shaping the path to the experience you are crafting for your business.

Phase Three: Create

Our team are excited and ready jump into build mode. Transforming your new ways of working into your tech applications for connection into your business. We will be pressing buttons and shaping systems for success.

As an integral part of your transformation journey, we create the containter for change training for your team and opening a link to The Artisans team once your system has gone live to support them with the little niggles we all experience with something new.

Will My Team Receive Training?

Absolutely!! At The Artisans we understand the importance of an empowered and confident team when it comes to implementing new solutions in your business. You will also be provided with a training library of your new systems including a walk-through of your unique systems designs.

Payment Schedule for All That Jazz

Our standard payment terms are 50% of the total fee prior to commencement and 50% at the project midway point. However, we can accommodate a payment plan to align with your commitments. This could look like staged 25% increments with the initial fee due prior to our first session.

What if I want more support from The Artisans Team?

Fabulous!!! We would love to support the design, creation and connection process for your business. This support will be discussed on a project basis with a quote provided and authorisation to proceed via email prior to commencement of any works. For our clients you are invited to Design Your Own Support Package to support you to achieve your focus of continuous systems improvement.

Can You Support My New Team Members As My Team Grows?

Yes Absolutley! We love to see our clients provide a fabulous onboarding experience for your team where a priority on systems is front of mind. Together we can design a support package to align with the level of support you are looking for.
