During our conversations, we will look at simple hints and tips to create time, reduce, overwhelm, and help you to navigate through your journey to where you want to be. If you’re looking for smarter ways to work and create space and time freedom in your day, then you’re in the right place.

All right, let’s go.

Hello, hello. And thank you for joining me for this fabulous episode of  Take Control with Nicole. How are you all? It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve had a solo episode. So I thought I would jump on in and just give you an update on what’s been happening. And also to talk about that question or that topic that is frequently discussed in business about scaling.

So here at here, the artisans HQ, from you my words out, we have been growing, evolving, and putting things in motion as we go through these new stages, to really get us into the next level of how the business is looking. I know that when I started and launched the business back in January 2020, that there was always this element.

And always a thing that I really wanted to do was have a space to create a community and an area for fabulous business owners to come together. And not only learn, ask the questions, but most importantly, actually create that time in their week to implement what we have been talking about. There are so many amazing courses and programs and memberships out in the world. But what I really want to do is create that opportunity for that accountability, and making sure that those foundational areas of your business there always evolving as you and your business evolve to whatever that next step may be.

So I’m really excited to share that I am launching a membership and we are calling it Take Control with Nicole. And it’s funny, isn’t it as obvious as that name is to you out there? For me, it wasn’t so obvious three went right around the whole house. And I’ve landed back on this name with some beautiful advice from one of my close friends Surina, who specializes in all of all things marketing and partnership strategies. And yeah, this is your this is exactly what it’s about taking control of your business and setting those things in motion that create ease in your every day to and be able to really help you to grow or scale to wherever that you are heading wherever you want to be. Now, coming back to that question, What does scaling actually mean?

So everybody has a different definition of what that is and where they want him to go. Some people look at it in a financial skate space that they want to get to a 678 figure business, whatever it might be. Some people look at it that they want to grow their team either internally with employing team members directly, or they want to create a beautiful group of consultants or outsourcing connections there that help them to scale their business that way.

For me, I always knew that I love the one-on-one work with my clients. But being able to have that space with this new membership. And focusing on that to create that space that will really give benefit to many was always something right from the start, as I said that I knew I wanted to do. And that is my choice on how I’m planning to scale my business to really allow many people to come in and connect and be able to have an impact on that level. And it’s so fabulous. Now there is no right or wrong. As I say on many things, there’s no right or wrong way. Whatever it is that you and your business aspirations are.

That is fantastic. And I am so excited to hear about them all and support you on your journey from here to there. What I do, looking at those foundations, every step of that journey, so even if it’s you’re a solopreneur and you’re absolutely happy with just you and you want to continue to grow your business, but not only to grow it in size of maybe finance or revenue knew, maybe it’s about growing your business or evolving your business so that it’s not so busy in the day-to-day.

So we have a look at those things at the foundations of how your systems set up. What are your workflows looking like? What do you actually like doing? Is there an opportunity to outsource all of that thing? Whereas if you’re growing your team, we still look at those base-level options of your workflows and your systems.

But we think about it in a different light. Where are we now? Where are we going? And how does that look when we’re at that Pinnacle point of where you’re heading. And those conversations are different between, you know, person over here and person over here, the base discussions are the same, but where you’re heading is very different. So we look at things in a slightly different way. And you know what, it’s really, really exciting.

I love this stuff, because it’s fabulous to see each and every unique and individual person, what their focus is on what they love what they don’t like, and being able to really mold together that that solution that’s going to serve them not now, not just now, but for the future.

This is what I can see as well in the membership, how it’s going to evolve. So my plan at this point on the date of recording, which is the 10th of May, I am planning to do a beta test, our beta launch, sorry, another test and launch a beta launch of say, maybe 20 to 30 members coming on board. And I really want to create that core group of foundation members to really start to shape how you would love to see this working. But also you’ve got some things right there. And then that you can take away and put into your business.

As I said, we’ll have those coaching calls, I want to have that accountability in between built within this membership as well. So watch this space, because I’m really excited about it. And I really look forward to welcoming all of my members into his membership and really growing it to be something that is going to support you through every level as you travel and evolve from right where you are today to wherever you decide you are heading. So yes, thank you very much for sharing that with me today.

Scaling doesn’t have to be scary scaling doesn’t have to mean that you are heading up into a team of 100 or whatever it might be scaling to you is whatever you want it to be radio, then I hope you all have a fabulous rest of your day.

And you enjoy creating space and time freedom. See you later. Bye.

Well, there we go. Thank you so much for joining me today. It’s been such a pleasure having you onboard. Have we can adjourn on social shares. If not, please come on over. Say hi, I’m on all the platforms at the artisan solutions. So I’d really look forward to seeing you over there. And if you enjoy today’s episode, don’t forget to tag me and I’d love it if you could leave a review. And of course, share this with others so others can come and join us next time. All right, then everyone has a fabulous rest of the week and until next time. See you then.
