We’re for when you’re ready to do more than just talk about your Business Operations.

Having a Chief Operating Officer as your business needs, means you have the expertise, the experience, and the team to save you time, money, and energy by getting your operations in working order.

We’re growing with you.

Soon you’ll see our new website. As we support our clients to transition from where they’ve been to where they’re going, we too support small steps to be stronger for that ‘go live’ switch. So, until then, we share a small summary of what you can achieve by having your own Fractional Chief Executive Officer (COO) to shape your Business Operations. To learn more and find out how it could work for you, please book an Intro Call with Nicole.

BOOK A CALL

Your business is already operating but you want it to work better.

It’s usually in the moment when you realise your business is running you that you learn you want to work another way. When it comes to business operations, businesses typically tend to notice their operations when something goes wrong, costs need to be cut, or more needs to be achieved with less.

So what is it for you? Do you want to improve your running costs? Are you looking to deliver your deliverables easier? Or, is there a way you can increase your confidence in your consistency?

Businesses don’t mean to build silos.

In the past, organising your business into silos was recommended one day and a dirty idea the next.

We’re here to meet you in the middle.

We believe that there’s a play for each part of your business to play it’s own role and can be connected to work better together.

Meet Nicole

While we say we, we mean, you get Nicole as your very own COO. As a Bonus, you get access to her team’s effort, expertise, and energy (we truely do love bringing business on line and on time).

A little more about Nicole. She has worked alongside business leaders in national and international organisations in Australia in the UK. Nicole’s practical approach was born out of the necessity of being the one the organisation turned to when there was a disconnect, too many missteps, and to find a way to create space in a closed system.

Achieving more with less, Nicole has (and continues to) learn how to leverage off-the-shelf solutions through to full custom systems.

To support your business best, Nicole offers two levels of COO services.

Fractional is better than full time.

Before your learn how your business can benefit from bringing in a COO, there’s something you need to know — Fractional C-Suite.

Often your businesses shifts focus and you will only need to bring in specialist experience as needed. A Fractional C-Suite Officer brings the experience, skill, and sometimes a team, as needed. With the growing need to be agile, adaptive, and innovative, businesses can do better by bringing in the specialised support as needed.

A Fractional COO belongs in this space.
