At The Artisans Business Solutions, we believe that strong operations are the foundation of every successful business. When the right systems, people, and processes align, businesses gain the confidence to grow.

We collaborate with CEOs and leadership teams to bring structure and efficiency to the way their business runs. Whether refining workflows, integrating technology, or supporting team effectiveness, our approach is practical, results-driven, and human-first.

We’re now looking for a thoughtful, proactive Business Operations Coordinator to join us on our journey. This is more than just a support role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a growing business that helps others grow too.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is hands-on, varied, and purpose-driven. You’ll be part of how we shape, deliver, and continuously improve the operational experience, both internally and for our clients.

  • Learn and apply our TurnKey Business Solution Framework
  • Create session summaries and extract key actions from client recordings
  • Map business processes and workflows using our tools and templates
  • Prepare professional, client-ready assets (SOPs, documentation, checklists)
  • Track tasks and support project delivery across internal and client work
  • Maintain and update internal systems (ClickUp, SharePoint, Office 365)
  • Shadow the Founder in operational and strategy sessions
  • Support early-stage AI discovery, exploring how new tools and prompts can enhance operational efficiency

Who You Are

You’re curious. You love figuring out how things work, and how to make them work better.

You might be a recent graduate or early-career operator who:

  • Is naturally organised and analytical
  • Has a strong attention to detail and values clarity
  • Experience with business process mapping and workflow creation
  • Proficiency in using tech solutions systems such as CRMs, Project Management Platforms (ClickUp/Monday.com), Office 365, SharePoint
  • Communicates with thoughtfulness and professionalism
  • Enjoys making things more efficient, sustainable, and aligned
  • Wants to be part of a team that values growth, not just for clients, but for you too
  • Graduate and/or 0-2 years of experience in business operations coordination
  • Must be located in commutable distance to South East Melbourne Suburbs

Why This Role Matters

Strong operations don’t just support a business—they shape what’s possible.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build those foundations with us. From refining internal systems to helping our clients streamline theirs, your work will directly contribute to how we grow and how we serve.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to become part of something meaningful.

What We Offer

  • Flexible hours and hybrid work options
  • Real-world experience inside a boutique consultancy
  • Mentorship and development alongside a Fractional COO
  • A role that evolves with you – designed for growth, not just tasks
