General Terms and Conditions

Workshop numbers are kept small to maximise support while you are learning new processes and techniques. There is a maximum and minimum number of students per class. Book early to secure your place. If the minimum number of students is not achieved within 1 week of the workshop date, the workshop may be cancelled.

During all workshops, we will request permission to take photographs of classes for use across our marketing channels and for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, that’s no problem at all, please let me know at the time.

Emails will be sent to workshop participants prior to each workshop date. That email confirms the workshop date and time and location. The email also includes specific information important to that workshop. It will be assumed that you have read that email prior to workshop attendance, and contacted Nicole Smith or Sarina Lowe if anything is unclear regarding inclusions and expectations.

All copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) in the workshop and website is owned, controlled by, or licensed to The Artisans Business Solutions and The Androsia Connection.

COVID-19 Policy

By purchasing your place at the ‘Marketing in a Day’ workshop delivered by Nicole Smith (The Artisans Business Solutions) and Sarina Lowe (The Androsia Connection) you agree to observe any COVID-19 restrictions or recommendations imposed by the Victoria Government and/or the Australian Government.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure we can deliver the best possible workshop experience for all attendees.

• The Artisans Business Solutions and The Androsia Connection do not offer a refund on workshop purchases for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All workshop purchases are final
• If you can not attend you may transfer your workshop ticket to another person’s name, simply reach out to Nicole Smith (The Artisans Business Solutions) or Sarina Lowe (The Androsia Connection) to discuss
• Alternatively, we can also transfer your workshop ticket to the next ‘Marketing In A Day’ workshop, or services to the equivalent value in either business
• Any no-show or absence will result in forfeiting the workshop ticket

Privacy Policy

The Artisans Business Solutions and The Androsia Connection will collect personal information for the purposes of tailoring your ‘Marketing in a Day’ workshop experience. We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access. Our information technology systems are password protected, and we use a range of administrative and technical measures to protect these systems. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Your information will also be added to the email marketing lists for both The Artisans Business Solutions and The Androsia Connection. They will not be shared with any other business.

Liability

We make no guarantees about this workshop or any of its content and will not be responsible to you or any third party for any direct or consequential loss suffered in connection with this workshop. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability that may arise due to your participation in our ‘Marketing in a Day’ workshop and/or the information and materials provided in the lead-up to and on the day of the workshop.

Additional Information

No responsibility will be taken for any personal property left at the facility; nor liability for any personal injury, unless caused through negligence on the part of your hosts.
