Having experienced firsthand the friction caused by disconnected systems and unclear ways of working, Nicole is passionate about designing operations that are not only efficient and effective, but human-centred. Her approach ensures strategy, systems and team dynamics work cohesively rather than competing for attention.

Nicole has worked across national and international organisations including AXA, Rothschild & Co and Macquarie Group, both in London and Australia. In these environments, she led complex conversations to clarity, built alignment across stakeholders and delivered meaningful outcomes in real time.

Recognising that growing businesses want the strategic discipline of big business without the bureaucracy, Nicole established The Artisans Business Solutions. Today, she partners with leaders across Australia to strengthen operational foundations, align strategy with execution and integrate change in a way that genuinely sticks.
